Ravindra Bharathi School and its schools, campuses and affiliated educational institutions (“RB Schools”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respect your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data through www.rbschools.in, its online forms and related digital services (“Website”). It applies to students, parents and guardians, applicants, employees, job seekers, vendors and Website visitors.

Information We Collect

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect:

  • Name, contact details, date of birth, address and parent/guardian information;
  • admission, academic, attendance, transport, fee and school-service information;
  • health, safety, identity or supporting documents where necessary;
  • recruitment details, qualifications and employment history;
  • enquiries, feedback, correspondence, photographs or testimonials provided with appropriate authority; and
  • technical information such as IP address, browser, device, cookies and Website usage logs.
How We Use Information

We process personal data for lawful and specified purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and manage applications, admissions and enrolment;
  • provide educational, academic, administrative, transport, payment and student-support services;
  • communicate school, safety, event and service updates;
